Irish company, Steorn Orbo, have apparently finally managed to commercialize a never-ending Power Cell that’s been 15 years in the making. According to Steorn, the power cell never needs to be recharged, and in fact does not have any charging port. It can recharge 2 or 3 smartphones a day depending on their battery capacity. And it comes with a full year warranty. They also have a basic cellphone built using this technology that also doesn’t need to be recharged.  Currently the power densities of their power cells is still too low to incorporate into smartphones but in the future this may change. All great claims that are as yet to be proven by the ultimate critic; the customer.
