Brilliant Light Power have released more details about their New Energy device, the SunCell, as well as their commercialization goals. Randell Mills and his company have had numerous hits & misses & unfulfilled promises over the past number of years but it is refreshing that he actually does admit to these failures and also provides a reason for each. For example the Gyrotron of 2000 which never saw the light of day, the various variations of the excess heat reactor, and the CIHT fuel cell.

All this hard work has culminated into what I like to call the inverse light bulb, also known as the SunCell; a portable tabletop device that can generate megawatts of power with only water as the fuel source.
