According to a recent SEC filing, Joi Scientific has raised $2 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

Joi Scientific has created an extraction technology that produces hydrogen gas from water ― safely, affordably and with no carbon emissions. Called Hydrogen 2.0, this technology aims to address the global imperatives of eliminating carbon emissions, reducing air pollution, and relaxing the world’s economic dependence on finite resources. The company is currently licensing its Hydrogen 2.0 technologies to a range of major power industries, including electrical generation, heat generation, transportation, and specialty power.
